OFFROAD360CO — WARRANTY, RETURNS & LIABILITY

Read this before you buy. By purchasing from Offroad360Co you acknowledge and accept these terms.

No Warranty. All products sold by Offroad360Co (the “Products”) are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Offroad360Co expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the Products is at your own risk.

Purpose and Use. Our Products are designed for off-road, motorsports, and recreational use only. By purchasing you confirm the Product will be used for off-road or motorsports purposes only. Use on public highways, for commercial transport, or outside recommended use voids any implied support.

No Refunds For Damage Caused By Use. Offroad360Co does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for Products that fail due to normal wear, abuse, improper installation, or off-road use. If a Product is delivered physically damaged, the purchaser must notify Offroad360Co within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be considered.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offroad360Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of camera equipment, or bodily injury arising out of or related to the use of the Products. In no event shall Offroad360Co’s total aggregate liability for any claim exceed the purchase price actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Installation & Use. Improper installation or modification of the Product voids any claim. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and maintenance. If you are unsure, seek professional installation. Offroad360Co is not responsible for labor, installation charges, or replacement camera gear if mounting fails.

Buyer Assumption of Risk. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all risk for use of the Product and accepts that off-road operations involve hazards. Product failure during off-road activity is an assumed risk of such use.

Dispute and Chargebacks. Purchaser agrees to first contact Offroad360Co customer support at support@offroad360co.com issue prior to initiating any chargeback or dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Offroad360Co may result in denial of claims for refunds by Offroad360Co. Offroad360Co will vigorously defend against fraudulent chargebacks, and will supply evidence of delivery, inspection, and buyer acknowledgements where applicable.

Severability & Governing Law. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force.
